Mike Curry has been a professional photographer for over thirty years. He grew up in Yorkshire and moved to London, initially working for several years in the Selfridges’ studio. In the last ten years, he has been concentrating on landscape and abstract projects commissioned by commercial clients including the Canary Wharf Group, Caprice Holdings and The National Maritime Museum.

Mike’s portfolio shows the diversity and depth of his craft, and showcases his ability to create beauty from ordinary, overlooked objects, with a passion for landscape and illustrative work. He has won awards in international competitions and has been published in the Sunday Times Magazine and Outdoor Photography Magazine.
Mike teaches photography at all levels and has also given talks to camera clubs, sixth form colleges, The Master Photographers Association and the London School of Economics; and is a Fellow of the British Institute of Professional Photography.
